Description:
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Planning, or a related field
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in a finance, construction, or higher educational setting, with at least five years of experience managing staff and a budget
- Understanding of the major design and construction management processes including project budget development, consultant management, bidding process, contract management, insurance, safety, change management, scheduling, tracking, and control
- Advanced Excel skills, including work with large data sets, tables, and multiple data sources
- Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
Additional Qualifications and Skills

- Experience in a university, research facility or academic medical center setting is preferred
- Oracle knowledge and familiarity with graphic software is preferred
