Job Summary
This position will be responsible for day-to-day execution helping to drive the strategic vision for Xfinity Mobile and Income Constrained lines of business, amongst other ongoing projects and initiatives. Responsible for leading all aspects of media management, including comprehensive media strategy across paid media. Provides subject matter expertise to influence key internal and external stakeholders such as partner agencies, strategic partners, cross-functional teams and executive management. Provides strategy and campaign level analysis to identify key insights and to optimize results. Provides subject matter guidance to employees as required. Develops processes and procedures to drive department efficiencies. Assists in development and meeting of departmental budget.

Job Description
Core Responsibilities
- Ensures timely development and execution of campaigns from start to finish which includes program development, coordination across planning and activation teams, campaign optimization, stewardship, and reporting
- Leverage media relationships to drive greater impact for the business
- Develops process improvements and build/grow relationships across cross functional teams, including ad sales, Marketing Communications, creative and media agencies, and legal
- Coordinates headquarters and division media efforts and evolve standards and processes/methodologies for aligning headquarters and division media spend
- Ensures alignment with messaging and media strategy in collaboration with product marketing and agency teams
- Ensures proper maintenance and quality control for media planning and buying
- Solicits media proposals from vendors (traditional and digital media) and works with agencies on development of POV
- Works with agencies to develop competitive reviews and present findings and relevant takeaways to product marketing teams
- Supports in the development of effective test and learn framework to maximize learnings and insights across all digital channels and tactics
- Assists in the development of targeting strategies based on our business objectives, which requires an understanding of data sources for customer and prospect targeting across the evolving digital landscape
- Stays abreast of innovation and changes taking place across all media channels, and proactively brings opportunities forward
- Ability to collaborate with measurement and analytics teams to aid in the development of performance management and campaign analytics to track and optimize return on investment and related key performance indicators
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
