POSITION SUMMARY
As a Lead Technical Project Manager/SCRUM Master- Supply Chain, you will be supporting the Product Assembly Team under Nestle IT USA, ensuring the smooth operation of all Agile product assembly team processes and activities. You will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to deliver business value through their development and execution of work activities, and align with Agile scrum practices. This includes organizing and running daily stand-ups, sprint planning and sizing sessions, backlog grooming sessions, and end-of-sprint ceremonies. Your efforts will help to influence and drive decision making and support organizational projects while helping us go through an Agile Transformation and new ways of working.
This position will be a hybrid role which requires in office collaboration 3 days per week, primarily Tues - Thurs or as needed based on business needs.

The approximate pay range for this position is $100,000 - $144,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including, but not limited to knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location.

- Manage and lead the delivery for the products/solutions team and generate discussions of interdependencies and impediments across streams
- Train and coach the scrum team in self-organization, cross-functional skillset, domain knowledge, and effective communication, both internally and externally
- Create metrics (burndown, burnup charts), track, and communicate team velocity and sprint/release progress
- Facilitate retrospectives to contribute to the team's understanding on how to resolve issues
- Act as a change agent and adapt processes to maximize productivity of the team
- Ensure healthy product backlog depth by working with Product/Solution Owner, scrum team members, and other subject matter experts
- Work with Data Analytics using Azure platforms such as Data Lake, Descriptive reporting, Power BI, and Business objects
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or leading agile practices
- Must be Scrum master certified or other agile certifications
- 3+ years of experience in Supply Chain at least
Others
- 3+ years of experience in Consumer-packaged goods is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Informational systems, or related field is preferred
- Experience in at least one of following: Kanban, Scrum, and Scaled Agile Frameworks (SAFe) is preferred
- Experience with Agile Lifecyle Tools such as Azure Devops, JIRA, Version One is preferred
