Job Description
DUTIES: Provide technical leadership in designing and developing new software and web architecture using Oracle Knowledge Management; use Windows and Linux operating systems for OS optimizations for software efficiency; use Agile and SAFe through the full SDLC; ensure programs are envisioned, designed, developed and implemented across the enterprise to meet business needs using UI/UX Architecture; interface with the enterprise architecture team and other functional areas to ensure that most efficient solution is designed to meet business needs; ensure solutions are well engineered, operable, maintainable and delivered on schedule using multi-tenant environments; develop, document, and ensure compliance with best practices including but not limited to coding standards, object-oriented design, platform and framework specific design concerns and human interface guidelines using Performance Engineering; monitor emerging technologies/technology practices for potential use within the Company; design and develop updated infrastructure in support of one or more business processes; mentor, review code and verify that object-oriented design best practices and coding and architectural guidelines are adhered to; contribute to the overall system implementation strategy for the enterprise; gather and understand client needs to find key areas where technology leverage is possible to improve business processes; define architectural approaches, develop technology proofs, and communicate technology direction; monitor the project lifecycle from intake through delivery; and ensure the entire solution design is complete and consistent.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field, and seven (7) years of experience developing software architecture using Oracle Knowledge Management; using Windows and Linux operating systems for OS optimizations for software efficiency; using Agile and SAFe through the full SDLC; using UI/UX Architecture for software architecture design, development and implementation
