Position Summary
As a Senior Project Engineer, you will represent the Nestle Purina corporate engineering team at our Allentown, PA, project site. You will manage concept, scope, cost, resources, funding and all other facets of small to moderately complex capital projects. You will maintain visibility to the design process and ensure adherence to all established key components and project deliverables. Coordinating with the factory and other stakeholders, you will focus on ensuring successful project execution including construction and commissioning.
Requirements
The approximate pay range for this position is $89,000 - $138,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.

Position Summary

- Assist in the development of pre-project approval documents including project charter, project management plan, project kick start, estimate and milestone schedule creation
- Apply full understanding of design scope and project deliverables to coordinate bid package development and release for construction bidding and field execution
- Ensure design progress and deliverables are met and adhere to established project key components
- Execute installation, construction and commissioning of assigned projects
- Manage conformity to project milestones and project scope and secure approvals for all changes in projects based on engineering ways of working methodology
- Assist in project cost control including forecasts, cash flow projections and regular budget reporting
- Provide construction management and plant startup assistance as needed to ensure successful project execution and hand-off
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field
- 3+ years of project management experience in a manufacturing, industrial, military or related environment
