Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum of 7 years' post-secondary education or relevant work experience


Additional Qualifications and Skills

The following Additional Qualifications are strongly preferred. If you meet some, but not all, you are still encouraged to apply; we value employees with a willingness to learn.
  • Knowledge of advanced IT project management principles (e.g. Agile) and software
  • Knowledge of SDLC and STLC
  • Experience with test automation in CICD pipelines, preferably with GitHub Actions.
  • Knowledge of at least one programming language
  • Familiarity with WCAG accessibility standards and related testing tools
  • Familiarity with performance/load test testing.


Certificates and Licenses

  • Completion of Harvard IT Academy specified foundational courses (or external equivalent) preferred
