A Territory Sales Representative will partner with Activation Specialists, Key Account Managers, Distributors, and Service Teams, to onboard new business across our beverage platforms. The Territory Sales Representative will contribute to organizational goals by driving the growth our dispensed beverage platforms across all channels of business, collaborating on product stocking and compliance, and ensuring customer preparedness. This role is responsible for finding, qualifying, and securing new business for non-carbonated dispenser based beverage products such as coffee, specialty coffee drinks including creamers, hot chocolate, tea, juice drinks and bases to both multi-unit chains, and individual customers within the sales territory. Sales Territory is Los Angeles, California.
Responsibilities:
Grow new, highly qualified business within away-from-home Operators in assigned territory
Support beverage specialists in acquiring additional venues/outlets within existing account base
Build and execute annual business plans based on strategic initiatives.
Develop and manage a healthy sales Pipeline to achieve territory targets
Effectively utilize C4C (Cloud for Customer) CRM system to manage existing growth opportunities and customer events
Collaborate with National Account sales teams to maximize existing/new national contracts locally.
Sell in seasonal & innovation programs
Collaborate with operations partner to ensure seamless execution of onboarding, training, and installation of new venues
Ensure that customers adhere to brand stewardship
Requirements:
College degree preferred or equivalent years of sales experience (5 years sales experience that includes sales account management).
Foodservice experience is a plus, though not required.
5+ years in direct outside sales, B2B or business development experience
5+ years negotiating direct customer agreements
High levels of experience with solution selling
High level of customer relationship management techniques
Astute financial awareness, including P&L responsibility
Ability to uncover and articulate customer needs.
Ability to develop sales execution plans both digital and physical formats
Preferred: Industry knowledge of key segments but not limited to: Business & Industry, College & University, Healthcare, Lodging, Military, Travel, Workplace
Responsible for traveling to and for client sites-50% on average of driving responsibility. Overnight travel may be required.
The approximate pay range for this position is $80,000 to $90,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
