Overview
eDiscovery Services is responsible for identification, preservation, and collection of electronically stored information in response to internal or external investigations.
This role is for an eDiscovery Structured Data Analyst. You will be responsible for providing support for the analysis, interpretation, collection, and preservation of structured data.

It is the Bank's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Jacksonville, FL office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model.

Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. This role is for an eDiscovery Structured Data Analyst. You will be responsible for providing support for the analysis, interpretation, collection, and preservation of structured data.

What You'll Do
- Drive requests for collection or preservation of structured data from start to finish
- Collaborate with stakeholders, Client Services, and Information Technology teams to analyze, collect, and/or preserve data from various structured systems
- Acquire, analyze, and interrogate structured tables and databases for quality, accuracy, and reasonableness of data
- Work in a consultative manner assisting requestors to adequately scope their structured data requests
Skills You'll Need
- Educated to bachelor's degree level or equivalent qualification/work experience
- Understanding of the complexities of eDiscovery, structured data systems, banking terminology, relational databases, Structured Query Language (SQL), and other database applications
Skills That Will Help You Excel
- Attention to detail with great communication skills, verbal, listening and written
- Experience of managing business stakeholder relationships (legal, paralegal, Information Technology (IT), etc.) and experience with early case assessments
- Project management experience preferred
