As an Infrastructure Manager, you'll lead the Factory Floor IT Team and support the distribution and manufacturing network for Nestle Health Science (NHSc). You will be responsible for the overall management of technologies and associated hardware at multiple sites (4-6) within a region. You will act as a technology advisor and thought leader in Operations Technology to identify and drive digital innovation-based solutions, champion continuous improvement and support automation initiatives to maximize value realization. This will be achieved by partnering with multiple Information Technology (IT), E&A Engineering and Operations teams.

The approximate pay range for this position is $136,000.00 to $165,000.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead Information Technology (IT) personnel supporting factories and distribution centers within assigned region.
- Mentor and develop technical staff to ensure appropriate skill levels are maintained within the region.
- Define project roadmap in alignment with Nestle Factory Floor IT (FFIT) long-term strategy.
- Coordinate the execution of IT initiatives as well as ensure consistent implementation of standards and guidelines across all sites, including Security & Compliance and Hardware Asset Management best practices.
- Develop and maintain relationships with Site Leadership Teams to support their goals and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Partner with E&A Engineering Team in the implementation of factory and warehouse automation projects.
- Draft and administer plant IT capital budget and maintain Factory Technology Disaster Recovery Plan.
- Lead the coordination, collaboration, and communications with key stakeholders related to IT issues and outages impacting production processes through resolution.
- Keep abreast of new technology in the industry and act as a thought leader on emerging digital trends related to operations technology.
- 20-40% travel to supported locations.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2-year technical degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Electronics, Engineering or related area and 7+ years of experience in a Manufacturing, Engineering and/or Information Technology role OR Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Electronics, Engineering or related area and 5+ years of experience in a Manufacturing, Engineering and/or Information Technology role.
- 2+ years of experience leading teams.
- Knowledge in five (5) or more of the following areas:
- Personal computer (laptops/desktops) and peripheral hardware (printers, copiers, scanners, smartboards, tablets/iPads, etc.)
- Local Area Network (LAN) operations, including Cisco IOS, switches, cables, routers and access points.
- Windows operating systems (Servers / PCs) troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with office and business information technology (Microsoft Office 365).
- Familiarity with database design and query (SQL).
- Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), SCADA and/or PLCs.
- Infrastructure Automation, PowerShell, and Cloud Computing (VMWare).
- Mobile Device Management (Apple DEP, JAMF, MDM).
- Asset management / inventory management.
- Internet of Things (IoT) devices.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Project Management and Agile Methodology experience (Certified SCRUM Master preferred).
- Experience working in a Factory environment preferred.
