CDM Smith is seeking a Program Management Information System (PMIS) Specialist to support multiple software system implementation and adoption services assignments across the U.S. The position within CDM Smith's Program Services Group is focused on the deployment of PMIS or Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) applications with responsibilities for software requirements gathering, design documentation, software configuration, testing, reporting, user support and adoption services. The position also involves the deployment of business intelligence applications and dashboards, data analytics and data science to utilize the information captured in the PMIS and EAM systems.
With high level goals provided, performs moderately complex consulting analyses (Ex: Operations improvement, organizational design, etc.) to support client business needs. With high level goals provided, prepares moderately complex sections of management consulting reports. Creates basic to moderately complex recommendations for improvements to client programs. With high level goals provided, contacts clients to collect or review initial datasets or presentations. Provides project status updates to clients, as required. Collaborates with sales staff to create proposals in response to current and potential client requests for proposal (RFPs). Reviews draft proposals for adherence to firm, industry, state, local and federal regulations and best practices. Meets with current and potential future clients to review their current and future organization needs. Provides technical guidance and training to more junior staff. Mentors more junior staff and develops them for future growth within the discipline and firm. Performs other duties as required. Participate in Communities of Practice (CoP) activities. May participate in professional association and societies, attend conferences, contribute to papers, etc.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- 3 years of related experience.
- Domestic and/or international travel may be required.
- The frequency of travel is contingent on specific duties, responsibilities, and the essential functions of the position, which may vary depending on workload and project demands.
- Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Primavera Unifier, Kahua, CityWorks, Procore or other PMIS / EAM solutions.
- Experience with or certification as an e-Builder Certified Professional (eBCP)
- Experience with Microsoft Power BI or Tableau
- Experience in public sector design, construction and asset management industry

Skills and Abilities
Solid knowledge of corporate governance practices, organization design principles, accounting principles, finance, supply chain management, and organization management. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to understand complex technical, professional and business materials.
