Come join our growing team as the Production Manager at our Elk Grove Village Plant. You will report to the Plant Manager, manage a team of five Production Team Leaders and 140 indirect reports and serve on the steering committee for Total Productive Management (TPM). Your influence will extend to divisional business leaders, global Supply Chain functional leaders, and peers. We are looking for a change agent to continuously improve and develop processes in safety, quality, and productivity while working towards 100% employee engagement.

Main Responsibilities:
- Manages the daily manufacturing operations to ensure that the manufacturing plan is executed in a manner that exceeds safety, quality, and savings objectives
- Establishes and executes manufacturing Objectives, Goals, Strategies, and Measures (OGSM), in line with overall plant and Supply Chain strategies and oversees the manufacturing budget with a focus on reduction of year-over-year costs
- Evolves the manufacturing safety culture, leading by example and fostering engagement of all employees in achieving zero accidents
- Coaches and develops associates to develop a strong, engaged team
- Ensures that quality system is followed and products meet specifications
- Collaborates closely with the TPM Manager to foster commitment and execution of the TPM pillars and improvement teams, working towards zero losses
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Supply Chain Management, Business
- 5 years of manufacturing experience
- 4 years of supervisory experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Immigration sponsorship not available for this role
- Advanced technical degree or MBA
- 3 years in Total Productive Management Pillar Leadership experience in a World Class manufacturing environment
- 3 years production experience in an ISO 9001 manufacturing environment
- 3 years experience in cross-functional project or program management
- Knowledge of supply chain financial measurements of Operations and Capital Management experience
