KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead SAP EWM project
- Program planning and deployment, budget management, P&L management, risk management, operations transformation, systems integration, and software development.
- Champion on behalf of Capgemini and identify business opportunities to support the grow of the account in working in tandem with the Capgemini account team
- Manage reporting and resolution of issues, risks, and dependencies, proactively identifying potential planning gaps, implementing mitigations to risks, and driving actions to close issues.
- Create and negotiate statements of work, program planning and milestone creation, financial reporting. Fluent in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Collaborate with offshore development rationalizing development work and leading execution.
- Evaluate, plan for, and drive organizational change. Assist in managing the approach, tools and processes that will be used to support business transition events
- Ensure stakeholder alignment and manage expectations with customer IT and Business.
- Expereince with SAP EWM is a big plus!
- 15 or more with hands on experience in planning and managing large global IT projects:
- Experience in managing at a minimum 1 ECC to S/4HANA Brownfield migration and have a high level understanding of key activities (Basis- SUM-DMO, Custom Code Mediation, Functional Simplification Item remediation, typical Brownfield project risks and mitigation strategies )
- Experience in managing at a minimum 1 global project from project preparation to Go-live support
- Experience in managing at a minimum 1 S/4HANA Greenfield implementation
- Experience in managing an SAP system consolidation project preferred
- Experience with all aspects of management of the system implementation including, but not limited to, gathering requirements, designing the future state solution, the development objects related to their process scope, as well as supporting testing and post implementation activities
- Knowledge of integration points and the order in which these must be executed
- Experience working with design, implementation, and support of knowledge management solutions and related technologies for collaborative information sharing
- Experience with gap analysis and strategic roadmap/blueprint development
- Experience with large Full Life Cycle (FLC) project implementations
- Extensive experience within management consulting or consulting services (Big 4 preferred)
- Experience in setting up a Program Management Office
- Experience in working in a multi-vendor environment.
