Job Description:
Capgemini is seeking a Mobile Architect for Financial Services who will support in progressing Capgemini's growth plans in the mobile transformation/modernization and Customer Experience space.The Architect for Mobile Technologies will bring technical expertise in the mobile technologies (Native iOS & Android, React Native, Ionic, Flutter and other mobile platforms like Mendix, OutSystems, Unqork etc). Will also bring previous experience/skills in solution architecture, consulting, presales and delivery. The team is highly motivated, successful, and diverse focused on driving services across the digital transformation. This role is based out of East coast in USA and will focus on our clients in North America (US and Canada) region. This role will report into head of Digital Customer Experience practice in North America and part of the CX team, will interface with multiple regional account leaders, sales teams and our clients in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and take point on all solutioning for Mobile Transformation programs, Mobile solutioning, presales and consulting around the mobile transformation esp. for Banking and Capital Market
- Engage and connect with C-Suite / Chief Digital Offer, Head of Technology at the client side
- Work with sales teams to identify and pursue opportunities in the mobile transformation
- Partner with alliance and sales teams to drive go to market initiatives and evangelize solutions and offerings
- Be the go-to person for platform strategy, solutioning and how to best leverage the mobile technologies for our clients
- Mentor, guide and manage team of architects, presales consultants, etc.
- Establish credentials and point of views/thought leadership with our clients on mobile modernization/transformation
- Anchor small to large proposals in the mobile modernization space from presales perspective
- Understand and have experience constructing estimation models/financial models for proposals/RFPs/RFIs
- Engage to kick start projects/programs for presales teams
- Collaborate with other geographies to see how we can share assets, bring standard processes
- Incubate and oversee building solutions, go to market offers and accelerators
- You will build and work with other SMEs to build demos/assets for the practice
- Assist in assuring client satisfaction and maintaining a strong client relationship
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the designed systems and guide consumers on standard processes and guidelines on systems integration and use.
- Facilitate detailed design from requirements and support construction and deployment. Design components in a Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) environment.
- 15+ years of overall IT industry expertise preferably with large IT Consulting and Services firms; with 5+ years of experience in senior technical leadership roles
- 10+ years of experience working with mobile technologies (Native iOS, Android, React native, Flutter, Ionic etc)
- 5+ years in solutioning and running engagements on Low-Code mobile platforms like OutSystems, Mendix, Flutter Flow etc.
- 5+ years managing large geographically spread teams
- 5+ years architecting solutions for enterprise mobile transformation
- 5+ years in selling and negotiating consulting services
- SME in mobile transformation/modernization for financial services
- Good understanding of mobile functional solutions in Financial Services
- Familiar with the Fit Gap Analysis and estimation Process for mobile applications
- SME in estimations and building Resource Modeling for new and upcoming requirements on mobile application engagements
- Independent thinker and experience developing solution offerings
- Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills with both internal teams and clients with demonstrated ability to engage with and present to both executives and engineering teams in client organizations
- Should be a great teammate and collaborate with multi-cultural and multi - functional team
- Preferred background in financial services
- Preferred hands-on experience in the past on mobile, web and integration technologies like Java, Springboot, Spring MVC, .Net Core etc
- Preferred understanding of the latest mobile DevOps techniques, CICD etc
- Hands on experience extending the business applications on mobile.
- Understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud, applications, enterprise architecture and governance models; with preferance towards understanding of the integration technologies like AWS API Gateway, Kong, Mulesoft, API / Microservices / etc.
- Broad knowledge of how the IT landscape is evolving with cloud, digital and technology are playing as the catalyst for innovation
