Leidos is seeking a Readiness Analyst to support Air Combat Command under the ACC A2 ISR Program at Langley AFB, VA.

Primary Duties

The successful candidate shall apply knowledge of unit and force-level general purpose intelligence functions to implement Fighting on JWICS (FoJ) capability for all ACC units. The employee shall use awareness of analytical tools and TTPs, applications, databases, and web- enabled capabilities to assist A2 with the design, development, implementation, operation, maintenance, and upgrade of FoJ and deployable JWICS (dJWICS) fielding and capabilities.

Travel will be required, possibly frequently, as part of the testing and fielding of FoJ & dJWICS systems to observe and identify shortfalls.

  • Collect, validate, and prioritize unit FoJ & dJWICS requirements.
  • Assist with execution of fiscal year FoJ spendplan funding.
  • Communicate requirements in support of dJWICS delivery, updates, and utilization execution.
  • Develop and share FoJ & dJWICS checklists and SOPs.
  • Assist ACC with FoJ & dJWICS POM fielding initiatives.
  • Synchronize ACC/A2 LOEs with other MAJCOMs and Directorates in relation to FoJ & dJWICS transport efforts.
  • Update and manage dJWICS knowledge management libraries, portals, and data resources.
  • Observe and assess FoJ & dJWICS utilization at exercises and events.
  • Capture and share FoJ intelligence best practices/TTPs across AF intelligence communities.
  • Seek and maintain situational awareness of FoJ unit issues and concerns by monitoring and providing unit intelligence data for inclusion on A2 unit- support websites.
  • Represent FoJ equities by assisting with all A2 Intelligence forums including, but not limited to, the annual unit-level working groups, semi-annual Lead Wing Working Groups, quarterly SIO/Supe Syncs, monthly ISR Leadership Orientation Course, and other ACC unit intelligence working groups, as necessary.
  • Assist in tracking FoJ after-action items from all working groups and engagements and act as team facilitator via EPMS.

Required Qualifications
  • 4 years' experience with and knowledge of current JWICS tools and applications
  • 6 years' experience with managing business processes, workflows, and tracking issues, action items, and POA&Ms.
  • Bachelor's degree (or additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree).
  • Thorough understanding of deployed intelligence systems requirements and use during expeditionary operations
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in written and oral formats to high level officials
  • Ability to travel around 50%.

Desired Qualifications
  • Master's degree in management
  • PMP certification or similar related certification
  • Experience managing unit readiness at MAJCOM level

Pay Range:
Pay Range $66,300.00 - $119,850.00

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary.
