Leidos Intelligence Group is seeking a Technical Trainer to provide support to an enterprise IT program for an Intelligence Community client. The position requires a driven, self-starter with a customer service mindset willing to provide solutions to the client with minimal downtime. In this role, you will develop and present training programs for clients and in-house employees, coordinate with client and program stakeholders to identify program needs, obtain technical data and schedules, and conduct training programs on topics and designs based on client's needs and expectation.
This position requires a current and active TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance. We do not have the ability to sponsor candidates for clearance processing.

Pay Range $59,150.00 - $106,925.00

- Develops, implements and evaluates training plans and programs to support organizational needs, including technical or nontechnical training.
- Monitors training programs, assesses needs and results, develops new programs and modifies existing programs.
- Utilizes expanded knowledge and experience in own area to solve a range of straightforward problems.
- Analyses possible solutions using standard procedures.
- Performs work while receiving a moderate level of guidance and direction.
- Utilizing understanding of key business drivers to accomplish own work.
- No supervisory responsibilities but may provide guidance to new associates.
- Solves standard problems by analyzing possible solutions using experience, judgment and precedents
Impacts quality of own work and the work of others on the team; works within guidelines and policies. - Explains information to others in straightforward situations.
Basic Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph
- BA/BS Degree and 2+ years of documented training experience, additional years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree
- Effective communicator with demonstrated ability to capture action items and status clearly and concisely.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, engaging Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) when needed, to drive work to closure on-time.
- Demonstrated experience with MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS SharePoint.
