Responsible to supervise and manage Advanced Practice Clinician (APC) staff within a clinical department structure. Manage the daily HR functions, staff scheduling and deployment. Also, responsible to provide hands-on clinical patient care as an APC staff member.

JOB SUMMARY:

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):
- Master's prepared Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant required
- Five (5) years experience as advanced practice clinician/provider in an acute care hospital setting required.
- Appropriate certification (CRNP or PA) required.
- Current active licensure to practice in the state of Pennsylvania required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS).
PREFERRED QUALIFICATION(S):
- Experience in Primary Care, Pediatrics, Family Medicine or Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation preferred.
- Progressive leadership skills and supervisory experience preferred.
