Senior Tax Accountant

Our client is looking for a Senior Tax Accountant for a hybrid role in their Westlake Village, CA office. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $50 to $52 per hour.

WHAT THEY'RE LOOKING FOR:

• Income tax and multistate required
• Experience with partnership, SCorp and CCorp all required
• Provisions is a PLUS
• 2-2.5+ YOE required
• Experience with Prosystem / Axcess is a PLUS
• Familiarity with tax return software in various entity types REQUIRED
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

ADDITIONAL NOTES:

• Prepare a lot of in-house returns
• Ideal candidate will take initiative during busy season. May need to work additional hours in order to complete deadlines
• Busy seasons - January through end of April on the provision side, and mid July through October to focus on individuals
• Well-rounded person from public accounting who has experience with partnership, SCorp and CCorp
• Client wants to build a family team and keep the culture great like it currently is!
