Mid-size law firm based in Center City Philadelphia is seeking an Attorney with 5+ years' experience in Estate and Trust administration for a full-time position in its Estates & Trusts practice group at its downtown location. Existing client base preferred.
Qualifications:
Understanding of estate planning, estate administration and trust administration
Experience with wills and trusts and knowledge of estate and gift taxation; income tax knowledge for trusts and estates
Experience in business matters (partnerships, LLCs, S corporations) including planning for families a plus
Charitable planning experience is a plus

Ability to convey complex legal issues clearly, both verbally and in writing to attorneys and non-attorneys

Education & Experience:
J.D. from an accredited law school. LL.M. a plus.
5+ years of experience as a practicing attorney in the estate planning and elder law industry
Existing client base preferred, with ability to service new referral clients
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Outlook, Excel)
Pennsylvania Bar admission required
