New York Life Insurance Company is currently seeking experienced managers from any industry to join our Fast-Track to Partner program. We are currently seeking leadership-oriented individuals who may be selected to become Partners in our New Jersey General Office. At New York Life, a Partner's responsibilities include the successful recruiting AND development of a team of salespeople, who would enjoy:
By joining New York Life as a Partner, your ability to become promoted to a Senior Partner or Managing Partner is determined based on objective criteria.
Responsibilities
Draft and implement a tailored, long-term plan to procure customers and grow visibility of goods and services that facilitate customers' financial objectives.
Employ a range of services such as life insurance, disability coverage, long-term care, different types of annuities, and mutual funds to provide suitable monetary solutions to customers.
In a span of one year, successful completion of program requirements gives eligibility to transition to the level of Associate Partner.
Join the six-month Associate Partner Training Program to improve business operations skills and move towards management roles.
As a Partner, establish, teach, retain, and expand a squad of financial consultants.
Qualifications
Previous experience in management, sales, and/or recruiting is necessary
A valid State License in Life and Health Insurance is beneficial
The possession of SIE, college degree, MBA, Series 6/7/63/65 or 66 certifications is preferred
Candidates must display leadership, motivation, goal orientation, exemplary communication skills, integrity, and team spirit
