Job Description: General Manager/Director - High Voltage Utility Construction

The General Manager/Director of High Voltage Utility Construction is responsible for the overall management of the company's high voltage construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing and completing complex construction projects, as well as a strong understanding of the electrical transmission and distribution industry.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of the company's high voltage construction projects, from planning and design to execution and completion
• Manage a team of project managers, engineers, and other construction professionals
• Develop and implement project budgets and schedules
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders
• Resolve project issues and conflicts
• Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
• 15+ years of experience in the electrical transmission and distribution industry
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other project management software
