Harris-Stowe State University is seeking a dynamic and experienced Online Program Executive Director to lead the development, implementation, and management of online academic programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the strategic vision, quality assurance, and operational efficiency of online education.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for online program development, aligning with the university's mission and goals.
- Collaborate with academic departments, faculty, and administrators to identify opportunities for new online programs and enhance existing ones.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in online education.
Program Development and Management:
- Lead the planning, design, and launch of new online academic programs, ensuring alignment with accreditation standards and academic excellence.
- Collaborate with faculty to design engaging and effective online courses that promote student success.
- Monitor program outcomes and implement continuous improvement strategies based on assessment data.
Quality Assurance:
- Establish and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure the highest standards in online education.
- Work closely with academic departments to ensure compliance with accreditation requirements for online programs.
- Implement and oversee assessment protocols to measure and improve the quality of online courses and programs.
Faculty Support and Development:
- Provide guidance and support to faculty in the development and delivery of online courses.
