Our client, an esteemed name within the Biotech industry, are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager to join the team on a yearlong contract. This unique opportunity involves overseeing the construction and operational readiness of a cutting-edge sterile aseptic facility. This contract role offers the chance to play a pivotal role in a critical phase within the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the project life cycle, focusing on the construction and operational readiness of a sterile aseptic facility.
• Coordinate activities related to IMA Filling Lines and Optima Filling Lines, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project timelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in engineering, quality assurance, and regulatory affairs to achieve project objectives.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for successful project outcomes.
• Oversee Commissioning, Qualification, and Validation (CQV) processes to ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree is preferred, experience is better; PMP preferred.
• 15-20 years of proven project management experience, with a focus on Drug Product processes, sterile aseptic facilities, and clean room construction.
• Expertise in IMA Filling Lines and Optima Filling Lines processes.
• In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical industry regulations and quality standards.
• Strong leadership and communication skills for effective collaboration within diverse teams.
• Proven track record of successfully managing projects from inception to operational readiness.
