This unique opportunity involves overseeing the construction and operational readiness of a cutting-edge sterile aseptic facility. This contract role offers the chance to play a pivotal role in a critical phase within the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the project life cycle, focusing on the construction and operational readiness of a sterile aseptic facility.
- Coordinate activities related to IMA Filling Lines and Optima Filling Lines, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project timelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in engineering, quality assurance, and regulatory affairs to achieve project objectives.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for successful project outcomes.
- Oversee Commissioning, Qualification, and Validation (CQV) processes to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred, experience is better; PMP preferred.
- 15-20 years of proven project management experience, with a focus on Drug Product processes, sterile aseptic facilities, and clean room construction.
- Expertise in IMA Filling Lines and Optima Filling Lines processes.
- In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical industry regulations and quality standards.
- Strong leadership and communication skills for effective collaboration within diverse teams.
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects from inception to operational readiness.
