Tax Staff/Senior

Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking a Tax Staff/Senior Accountant to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $63,000 to $100,000 per year.

Job Description:

• Prepare federal and state income tax returns for individuals, closely held businesses, and all entity types
• Perform tax research, tax planning, and projections
• Address and resolve inquiries from clients to conduct significant interactions with dignity and discretion

Requirements:

• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to interact with all levels of staff, advancing to the ability to train and supervise staff
• Ability to demonstrate growth potential for advancement in the firm
• Attention to detail without losing sight of the big picture
• Strong communication, analytical, leadership, organizational, client service, and PC skills, including MS Office proficiency

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years' relevant experience
