Senior Accountant

Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $90,000 to $110,000 per year.

Job Description:

• Responsible for reviewing and posting of journal entries
• Monitors and reviews accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness
• Coordinates the preparation of regularly scheduled financial analysis
• Participates in audit activities for both internal and external auditors as needed
• Lead or participate in ad-hoc projects as necessary

Requirements:

• Proficient with Microsoft applications
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
• Ability to analyze and interpret more complex financial data and prepare financial reports and statement

Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting and a minimum of 5 years' relevant experience
