Leading Education General Contractor seeking Project Manager in Southern California

From hospitals and schools, to libraries, police stations and office buildings, this General Contractor is dedicated to building state-of-the-art facilities for the people of California. Due to increased workload, they are looking to recruit Project Manager's to help deliver a number of K-14 projects.

You will manage all aspects of the assigned project(s) from preconstruction through closeout. This includes preconstruction phase activities such as constructability reviews, value engineering estimating, budget control, prime contract negotiation, and preconstruction schedule management. In addition, manage construction phase activities such as overall leadership, staff management, client management, project setup, risk management, document management, subcontractor buyout, schedule management, QA/QC management, change management, submittal, and RFI management, financial reporting, and project closeout
