RN NEEDED FOR PER DIEM WORK;
NYS Registered Nurse
This is a position that would go between facilities in the region
Must have recent experience performing and entering UAS assessments for adult patients (preferably in an assisted living setting)
o Assessments must be done in person during hours that are acceptable to the home/residents
o Paperwork can be potentially done remotely
Prefer to have experience doing 4449c, MD order and interim order paperwork
Experience in the Assisted living setting strongly preferred
Experience in doing UAS assessment to achieve RUG scores as it relates to physical/occupational/ speech therapy STRONGLY preferred
Experience with OASIS assessments preferred but not required
Salary: $50.00 - $100.00 per hour
