Company Overview:

The KFK Group is currently seeking to find a Rehab Manager to lead the successful renovation of the French Quarter Guest Houses (www.frenchquarterguesthouses.com). The Rehab Manager will oversee the renovations of the 4 French Quarter Guest Houses properties; the Inn on St. Peter, the Inn on St. Ann, the Inn on Ursulines, and the Lamothe House. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of the renovation project, maintaining open communication with franchisee corporate representatives, and upholding the high standards of our brand.

Responsibilities:
  • Point of Contact:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for f corporate representatives, fostering strong communication and collaboration throughout the renovation process.
  • Project Oversight:
  • Manage and oversee all aspects of the hotel renovation project, ensuring adherence to quality standards, timelines, and budget constraints.
  • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to guarantee successful project delivery.
  • Vendor Management:
  • Solicit quotes for construction work, evaluate proposals, and negotiate contracts to ensure optimal value for the project.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of market trends and cost-effective solutions.
  • Communication and Reporting:
  • Utilize strong organizational and reporting skills to keep owners informed about project milestones, timelines, and any pertinent information.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders, addressing concerns and ensuring transparency throughout the renovation.
  • Financial Management:
  • Monitor payment deadlines and details, ensuring timely disbursement to contractors and vendors.
  • Implement cost-control measures to stay within budgetary constraints.
  • Construction Administration:
  • Act as a construction administrator, mitigating potential damage during the renovation process.
  • Work closely with contractors to minimize disruptions to hotel operations and guest experiences.
  • Timeline Translation:
  • Translate project timelines into actionable deliverables for hotel staff, ensuring smooth operation during the construction period.
  • Collaborate with various departments to coordinate efforts and maintain a positive guest experience.
