Role: Product Manager
Location: San Francisco CA, Oakland CA, and Charlotte NC.
Position Type: 6 Months contract

Qualifications

• Product Manager with 7+ years of industry experience including online or software product experience.
• Experience in a role focused on lending products (e.g., Credit Card, Student Loans, Personal Lines & Loans, Direct Auto, and Business Direct)
• Financial or Banking experience is required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate with a diverse group of partners including technology teams and senior business leadership.
• Prior experience communicating to senior leadership.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills: demonstrated proficiency of quickly identifying core issues and proposing practical solutions.
• Must have demonstrated ability to work with diverse groups of internal partners.
• Self-starter who takes initiative to research and resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams in the execution of business projects, which support the Consumer & Small Business Digital Sales strategy.
• Work closely with project teams to proactively identify innovative options and solutions to the business and customer needs/problems.
• Partners on developing scope and requirements and ensuring solutions are compliant with regulatory and bank standards.
• Contribute to project implementation plans and status reports, assist with development of test planning and lead User Acceptance Testing.
• Help lead the "Sales Funnel Effectiveness programs. You will focus on optimizing the current research and application processes to increase sales and leads across the Non-Secured Lending products (e.g., Credit Card, Student Loans, Personal Lines & Loans, Direct Auto, and Business Direct,).
• Participate in the development of ideas for enhancing existing functionality or identifying new functionality based on audience analysis, competitive benchmarking and product group partner needs.
• Recommend creative solutions to implement new features and improve usage of existing functionality.
• Analyze platform reporting data and develop ideas for new projects or enhancements.
