Required:
- 10+ years of previous program leadership and/or relevant consulting experience
- Strong infrastructure background
- Knowledge of and demonstrated experience in program management framework, knowledge groups & life cycle
- Minimum 5 years' experience with matrix management of cross-functional processes and teams
- Proficient with Project Management tools
- Excellent executive-level communication skills (verbal, written)
- Ensure that the project is delivered on time, meets business and technical requirements and is within the agreed budget. Projects may be internally resourced and via third parties
- Expertise in the areas of program and project integration, resource forecasting, budgeting, project and program reporting, prioritization, tool selection, application and integration, variance analysis and communication
- PMP certification
- Experience with Architecture, Data, Corporate, Commercial, Retail, Shared Services domains
