Director of HR

Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking a Director of Human Resources. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $185,000 to $225,000 per year.

Job Description:

• Oversee the daily workflow of HR staff, specifically onboarding, payroll, leave management, worker's compensation, annual performance reviews
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and training new HR staff
• Handle discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy
• Plan, lead, develop, coordinate, and implement policies, processes, training, initiatives, and surveys
• Administer or oversee payroll

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills

Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field and a minimum of 5 years' relevant experience
