Deliver digital analytics professional services, solutions, and business development activities on strategic and global priority client accounts.

Showcase Our Client capabilities to the client and suggest deployment of various models that can enhance the client's processes.

Supporting assessment, design and implementation of strategic initiatives including risk tolerance, and risk management functions

Contribute to the development of GTM Strategies with Technology Partners

Should understand challenges of Data ecosystem and focus on improving business performance, quality operations, and drive enterprise transformational strategy for our clients

Demonstrate strong technical capabilities, professional knowledge, and ability to quickly assimilate new knowledge. Stay abreast of new developments in advisory services capabilities, current business and industry trends relevant to our clients

Participate as a panelist/speaker in key events to create presence and be up to date with industry trends.

Explain data related concepts to junior members of the team

Mentor enterprise-wide digital reimagination/transformation programs

Leverage existing client relationship to identify and acquire new business opportunities

Foster client relationships at appropriate levels

Build connect with Client's Senior Leadership and work with Clients to develop clear Data and Analytics Strategy that supports their business goals

Create Reference Customers for Our Client and influence revenue streams for Our Client

Document Initiatives run in advisory mode as Case studies and explain the same to other TOur Client colleagues

Preparing position papers highlighting client requirements, market trends, business priorities, etc

Help translate market sentiments into Our Client's strategy & offerings roadmap in the Analytics & Insights space

Manage and lead a team of junior/mid level Consultants,

Set Goals and objective for the next level team, conduct their appraisal and supervise their performance, mentor them

Manage associate profiling process for technical expertise improvement, role progression, business domain expertise

Help with assessment and hiring of associates

Create and track opportunities for Our Client's and report progress to Our client's management
