Job Title: Workday Support Consultant

Location: Marlsbro, MA (Near Boston)

Number of positions: One

Responsibilities:
Resolve Tickets and Complete service requests within agreed SLAs.
Configuring and deploying change requests.
Co-ordinate with business users and functional analysts to understand and validate requirements for system upgrades and/or enhancements.
Perform root cause analysis for frequently occurring issues and work with cross-functional teams / vendor to ensure quick resolution.
Workday Techno-functional Developer with a strong background and understanding of Workday configuration and integrations
Experience in Workday delivery of integration support and functional support in HR processes
Good understanding of business processes in Workday, EIB, Core connector, PICOF and Studio Integrations.
Preferred certification :

o Workday Integration Certified professional

o ITIL Foundation
Good understanding of business processes in Workday, EIB, Core connector, PICOF and Studio Integrations.

Other Key skills:
Ability to manage and deliver multiple priorities in a constrained timeline Proactively propose alternate solutions to the customer as and when needed
Excellent Oral and written communication skills
CAN DO attitude
Strong organizational and personal skills to successfully communicate with internal and external customers
Self-driven, motivated and results orientated
Strong listening skills and solution orientated approach to selling
