Responsibilities:
Develop Programmatic Advertising solutions for customers.
Take Programmatic Advertising offerings and services to customers to solve business problems.
Lead and Execute the Programmatic Advertising services
Provide Thought Leadership to our customers in new-age marketing solutions.
Be a trusted advisor to marketing and brand teams for Programmatic Advertising solutions
Support the the global sales team with solution design and proposal lifecycle activities to sell Programmatic Advertising services.
Build a core technical team of experts with strong competency to execute solutions.
Support in building a strong delivery/operati ons team.
Establish relationship with industry leading product and platform vendors in Programmatic Advertising space.
Analyze industry trends, competitive threats, expansion opportunities and internal performance.
Publish whitepapers, point of views, speak at industry events and promote our Client's Interactive brand in Programmatic Advertising through thought leadership.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in a related field
At least 10 years of relevant experience
Experience building and running agile teams
At least 3 years in a supervisory role.
