Are you a family medicine (FM) trained physician who is looking for a new career? If so, LaFollette Medical Center is currently recruiting FM physicians to join their emergency medicine (EM) team on a full-time basis.
This opportunity will provide you with 1-2 months of extensive training along side our leadership team and attendings to prepare you for a successful career in emergency medicine. Our clinicians communicate effectively with patients and their families, providing information about diagnoses, treatment options, and prognosis, while providing the best in class care to our local community.
Each year, our team of physicians and advanced practice clinicians treat over 24,000 patients from Campbell County and surrounding areas.

LaFollette is located in Campbell County at the foot of the Cumberland Mountains about 40 miles north of Knoxville. The area boasts three state parks that offer camping, fishing, hiking, and horseback riding. Cove Lake State Park provides a home for 400 Canada geese. There's also beautiful Norris Lake with over 800 miles of shoreline. Norris Dam State Park offers a museum, marina, fishing, camping, and hiking.
