serving justice and representing clients across Southern California. For over a decade, our firm

they get their lives back on track. We offer hybrid roles for our attorneys - 4 days in office and 1

day a week remote - following your initial 90 day probationary period. We work hard so our

communication so that our clients remain well informed and expertly represented!

Your Role:

You will collaborate and strategize with your level of experience and expertise to lead a team of

paralegals, case managers, and associates to drive the success of our clients. You will use your

strong analytical and problem-solving skills to think strategically and creatively in the cases of

our clients. You are compassionate and empathetic with our clients and maintain proficiency in

legal research, writing, and case management software.

Primary Functions for a Personal Injury Attorney:

Case Management:
Manage a mid-size caseload of personal injury matters from inception to resolution
Conduct client interviews, investigations, and legal research to assess the viability of

claims
Draft legal documents, including complaints, motions, and settlement demands
Communicate regularly with clients, insurance adjusters, and opposing counsel to

negotiate settlements and resolve disputes

Litigation Support
Prepare and file legal pleadings, motions, and discovery requests in compliance with

court rules and procedures
Represent clients in mediations, arbitrations, and court hearings
Conduct depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts to gather evidence and build

strong cases
Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to develop litigation strategies and tactics
Accurately and effectively handles cases in the pre-litigation stage which includes, but is

not limited to - scene investigation, client/witness interviews, identifying responsible

parties/insurance carriers, writing demands, negotiating property damage
Controls the case during the litigation stage by drafting complaints, law and motion work,

discovery, subpoenas, depositions, strategic planning, client control, mediations,

appeals
Driving cases to trial with expert discovery/depositions, trial docs, voir dire, and trial itself

Client Advocacy
Provide compassionate and effective legal representation to clients who have suffered

injuries
Advocate for client's rights and interests at every stage of the legal process, seeking

maximum compensation for their damages
Educate clients on legal rights, options, and potential outcomes

Legal Research and Analysis
Stay ahead of developments in personal injury law, including statues, regulations, and

case law
Conduct legal research and analysis to assess the strengths and weaknesses of cases

and anticipate potential legal issues

Professional Development
Stay current on trends and best practices in personal injury law through continuing legal

education for professional development opportunities
Participate in professional organizations and networking events to expand professional

contacts and legal skills
Seek feedback and mentorship from senior attorneys to continually improve legal

knowledge and skills

Requirements

Who You are:

You are a motivated and dedicated attorney with at least 2 year of experience in the field of

personal injury looking to join our dynamic and exciting team. You have a strong passion for

advocating on behalf of injured individuals and a proven track record of success in providing the

absolute best outcome for your client. You are a self-starter who wants to work at an
