JOB SUMMARY

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for leading an established sales team thru maintaining relationships with doctors, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, home health agencies and other referral sources in the medical community.

This position will collect and utilize available data to generate account-level insights, analyze trends and identify opportunities to elevate our organization.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Responsible for driving new business sales, retention and growing existing client revenue.
  • Manage client relationships and drive profitability, satisfaction, and organic growth. Includes cross selling programs where applicable.
  • Develop and execute medical sales business plan and use effective prospecting strategies.
  • Engage in meetings on preparing for first appointments, advancing, closing deals, and retaining business.
  • Maintain accurate records in the company's customer relationship management (CRM) system. Includes completing tasks to track appointments and appropriately labeling opportunities.
  • Assist account management team with servicing most important cases/clients.
  • A consultative, positive, and resourceful approach to dealing with prospects, clients, and associates.
  • Excellent listening skills with strong customer focus.
  • Strong analytical skills; capable of using and interpreting benefit-related facts and figures.
  • Ability to creatively and proactively problem-solve


Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+Yrs Experience in sales and large account management
  • Understanding of healthcare industry trends and multi-site operations
  • High degree of comfort managing multiple, competing priorities in challenging environments
  • Intermediate MS Office, Outlook Skills
