Job Description:

NOTE: This is a long-term gig as they have 2 oracle systems....theirs and the one from an acquisition...now they are needing to have 1 system so they will convert everything over to one system Except Manufacturing.....and they have decided to do the cutovers geographically....so the first one will be North America and then Europe and the APAC and then Japan and then China

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Plan the Program

• Work with (report functionally to) the IT Integration Program Lead to define the scope of the program and its several projects in collaboration with senior management

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required
• Minimum10 years project management experience required
• PgMP, PMP, or equivalent Certification highly desired
• Proven contract negotiations skills highly desired
• Experience in Enterprise or Project Management tools (e.g., MS Project, Planview, Primavera) desired
• Experience managing full-life cycle IT Applications development desired
• Experience working in a waterfall systems development lifecycle methodology required
• Experience working in a (hybrid) agile development lifecycle desired
• Experience managing merger and acquisition (M&A) projects desired
• Deep experience with an ERP/MRP system required; Oracle EBS is highly preferred
• Experience working in a regulated environment desired; FDA regulated environment preferred
• Supervisory experience required; PM Mentoring experience desired
