JOB DECRIPTION:
  • Utilizes project resources to affect new process, project and product adoption
  • Ensures the effective day-to-day operations of the project management organization,
  • Establishes metrics, and measures project and process effectiveness and improving equired processes
  • Drives consensus among strongly opinioned SME teams
  • Ensures that business capability requirements are effective addressed post implementation of large scale implementations
  • Ensures effective collaboration amongst members of the project team
  • Interacts with senior management or executive levels on matters concerning several functional areas, divisions, and/or customers
  • Changes the thinking of, or gains acceptance from, others in sensitive situations
  • Proven program management experience
  • Developed people management and team building skills
  • Proven ability to be flexible/ adaptable in exercising judgment in a changing environment and to manage competing priorities
  • Proven ability to learn business processes quickly and to work well with business partners at different levels within the organization
  • Strong ability to assess risk and apply management principles to various products and business functions.
  • Achieves operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining system improvements; implementing change.
