Direct end client Florida Department of Children & Families
Onsite position in Tallahassee, FL
12 month+ contract
Rate: $65-75H C2C

Primary Job Duties and Tasks
Comprehensive Project Governance and Management which includes:
o Project Schedule Management Plan
o Risk Management Plan
o Change Control and Issue Management Plan o Scope Management Plan
o Cost Management Plan
o Organizational Change Management Plan
o Staffing Management Plan
o Communication Management Plan
o Project Meetings and Protocols
o Project Control Procedures
o Periodic Project Management Status Reports
Plan, schedule, facilitate, and document meetings
  • Maintain project spend and budget plans
  • Maintain organization work plans
  • Monitor and control the activities of multiple teams
  • Continuous project schedule management and monitoring
  • Risk and issue management
  • Change control management
  • Staffing plan management
  • ssist with managing project procurements
  • ssist with the evaluation of potential solutions
  • Produce reports and project artifacts
  • Create and/or analyze business requirements documents and project timelines
  • Manage project conflicts, challenges, and dynamic business requirements to keep
operations running at a high performance
  • Work with the team leads to resolve people problems and project roadblocks
  • Implement and support principles, rules and consistent processes
  • Proactively identify and eliminate impediments and facilitate flow
  • Maintain team data in project management software (i.e. Azure DevOps,
SmartSheet, MS Teams, etc.) to support estimates and execution
  • Produce project reports and artifacts for senior management
2.2 Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs)
5 + years of experience in managing large IT projects

o Experience implementing and/or managing EHR systems
o Knowledge of data systems used within a behavioral health setting
o Knowledge of the project management and procurement processes used by
Florida state government
  • Experience in developing and executing complex project plans, schedules, budgets, and spend plans
  • Experience coordinating, monitoring, and reporting the activities of multiple teams and stakeholders
  • Experience in managing large projects with system integrators
  • bility to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast paced, high velocity,
environment; ability to stay focused on responsibilities, meet deadlines and
manage competing priorities under pressure.

Preference will be given to candidates that have
