Job Description: Analyze, design, code, debug, test and modify new software or enhancements while considering software abilities
Create strategic technical designs for small scope projects within team
Provide high-level architecture guidance and develop specifications to resolve software problems
Consult with stakeholders on current functionality and complexity of adding features
Estimate effort for current and future projects of small to medium scope
Debug complicated issues that span multiple modules, involve complex concurrency or low-level problems
Propose and lead process improvements projects for development, deployment or application monitoring
Share knowledge within team through mentorship, coaching, technical talks and blogs * Project Work Description: My team is working on Transaction Posting uplift project and which requires uplifting our legacy CCL service for core posting to Alva/Rest webservice. From the functional perspective Transaction posting is the area where we get a payments/adjustments/denials from insurance company or patient/guarantor. So we are looking for strong technical person who has a good knowledge of designing/implementing Java webservices along with all the eco-system that goes along with it. Should also have a knowledge of deploying webservice on J2EE complaint web server like tomcat, jetty or IBM Websphere. Experience in deploying WAR using docker tool and running automation test against it. Coding and design work will be completed and it is expected that proposals/suggestions to technical blocks. Work will be both collaborative and heads down and it is expected that work can be completed with the necessary guidance. Skills

- Familiarity with building the projects using Jenkins.
- Full-stack software development
- Familiarity with JIRA, Crucible, GitHub, Docker, Tomcat
- Contribute to low level design
- Good team worker
- Ability to guide and mentor other engineers on the team
