Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of multiple strategic information systems projects across GRP North America locations utilizing Oracle EBS Order to Cash (OtC).
- Develop unified processes to standardize the OtC application footprint in preparation for Oracle upgrade.
- Manage production support teams, project deployment teams, and offshore development teams.
- Guide and direct project team members to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality project delivery.
- Drive OtC solution standardization between GRP and Extrusions business unit locations.
- Utilize the company's Deployment Framework (ADF) project management methodology to oversee operational and technical aspects of multiple large-scale OtC projects.
- Develop and manage capital budget request documentation and expense budgets.
- Ensure project solutions align with company compliance standards (ITAR, DFARS, SOX, etc.).
- Proactively manage capital spend processes and perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Initiate innovation and change to deliver measurable value.
- Align ERP OtC information systems resourcing needs across GRP business units.
- Develop and execute a strategy to align information systems processes between GRP to streamline ERP OtC production support.
Key Objectives:
- Partner with business leaders to prioritize project needs and ensure resources are allocated appropriately.
- Establish and maintain relationships with third-party suppliers to onboard qualified contract resources.
- Maintain collaboration with business functional owners, Global information systems, procurement, finance, engineering, and plant lead team members.
- Communicate project status regularly to project steering team and stakeholders.
- Address issues promptly and escalate as necessary.
- Support company compliance activities and disaster recovery testing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology or related field.
- Experience in manufacturing, quality systems, or metals industry.
- Subject matter expertise in EBS Order to Cash.
- Demonstrated application support and operations management experience.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong business process and manufacturing knowledge.
- Effective leadership skills.
- Knowledge of multiple project management methodologies.
- Experience with ASAT/internal audit processes.
- Understanding of Datamarts and data transformation.
- Creative thinker with knowledge of ABS principles.

- Mid-Senior level
