Job Summary:

he Depar men of Medicine Special rea men and Research (S AR) Program a SUNY Downs a e Heal h Sciences Universi y is seeking a full- ime H Senior S aff Assis an / Da a Manager. he successful candida e will:

• Oversee managemen of S AR Heal h Cen er (SHC) da a collec ion and revise processes as required o ensure compliance wi h funder and regula ory requiremen s.
• Supervise da a en ry s aff o ensure comple e, accura e, and imely da a en ry.
• En er/oversee en ry of da a for o her SHC rela ed projec s as assigned.
• Evalua e programma ic da a repor s and provide recommenda ions for improvemen .
• Con inually develop da a managemen s ra egies, develop Qual iy Assurance repor s o ensure accuracy of da a provided.
• Use au oma ed ools o ex rac da a from mul iple sources.
• Clearly convey findings, bo h wri en and orally, o non- echnical s akeholders. his includes collabora ion wi h o her eams, unders anding heir needs, and providing repor s and relevan da a insigh s.
• Develop and deploy surveys using REDCap and Quali rics.
• Upload da a o mul iple sys ems (in ernal and ex ernal) on a regular basis.
• Develop and main ain repor s using SQL, as needed.

Required Qualifica ions:

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 3-years of recen experience wi h PC's and da a managemen or equivalen .
• Proficiency using MS Excel & MS Access for da a analysis, repor ing and crea ing spreadshee s.
• Working knowledge wi h SQL for da abase managemen au oma on, and da a re rieval.
• S rong skill-se in da a repor ing, analysis and in erpre a ion o suppor decision-making u ilizing ableau, SSRS, and Power Query.
• Familiari y wi h Elec ronic Heal h Records (E.H.R) sys ems and heir func ionali ies, Preferably Heal hBridge (Allscrip s)/EPIC, and Cerner.
