Recruitment Executive

As a Recruitment Executive, you will drive business results by recruiting Senior Accounting, Finance, and Operations professional for our clients ranging from the Fortune 100 to Series A startups. In this role, you will manage the recruiting process for a variety of roles, understand the employment market, negotiate compensation, provide valuable insights, and build strong relationships.

Job Responsibilities:

• Drive revenue and growth through effective management and recruitment of talent
• Collaborate with our Solutions Team to understand client needs including baseline skills, culture fit, and compensation expectations
• Conduct bi-weekly meetings with leadership to obtain feedback and address any concerns to help streamline recruiting efforts
• Build a pipeline of CFO's, Controllers, Senior Accountants, Compliance Officers, and Operations Executives
• Create unique and robust search strategies to identify and attract niche skillsets utilizing tools including Bullhorn, LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, and CareerBuilder
• Conduct video and phone interviews
• Perform reference checks and present employment offers on behalf of DRUM
• Continually contributing to the knowledge base of our Client Partners, by providing relevant industry and market information
• Mentor junior recruiting staff through training and development
• Recommend ideas, strategies, and tools that will contribute to the growth of DRUM

Background Preferred:

• Bachelors Degree
• 2+ years of Finance & Accounting recruitment success
• Positive attitude that is motivated by a high growth company
• Interest in mentoring Jr. Recruiters with sourcing, interviewing, and technology knowledge
• Desire to change the status quo of an industry through unique service offerings
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent collaboration and team-building skills
• Ability to be comfortable in difficult conversations
• Passionate about market and industry trends
• Experience with Microsoft Office
• LinkedIn Recruiter knowledge
