At The Law Office of Deidra N. Haynes, we provide "A Voice for the Voiceless" as we help clients with caring and compassionate legal representation during their legal battles. We are seeking a family law associate who can assist clients in navigating the sensitive legal issues of family law, including divorce, child custody, CHINS/DCS, and protective orders. Jobseekers should be equally familiar with prenuptial agreements, divorce, child support, and paternity matters. The family law associate should be able to advocate and negotiate effectively in highly stressful and emotional situations.

Responsibilities
The ability to effectively manage a fast moving and high-volume caseload
Must be able to hit the ground running to serve our already established clients
Conduct legal research, create legal documents, including correspondences, motions, pleadings, legal contracts, affidavits, and settlement proposals
Represent clients in Court Proceedings
Assist clients in determining a proper solution to legal conflicts and determine the best course of action
Handle the division of marital assets
Work closely with paralegals and other attorneys to ensure swift action through the litigation process
Qualifications
Active license in good standing to practice law in Indiana
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work with our team of supervising attorneys, paralegals, and staff to best serve client needs and grow our client base
3+ years of experience in a variety of family law cases
Proven record of success in advocating for clients
