Our technology solutions power the tools you use every day--including smartphones, electric vehicles, hyperscale data centers, IoT devices, and so much more. Here, you'll have an opportunity to be part of a global leader whose innovative designs are pushing the boundaries of what's possible and powering the future.

We believe innovation and growth are driven by an inclusive culture and a diverse workforce. We're dedicated to empowering people to be their true selves. Together, we're building a better tomorrow for our employees, customers, partners, and communities.

What You'll Do

As a Systems Architect, you will discover and deeply understand customer systems requirements and translate those needs into recommendations for technology and product roadmaps at Samsung. With a current priority on creating novel solutions across memory, system on chip design, foundry, and advanced packaging for rapidly evolving AI workloads, you will play a critical role in identifying synergies and leverage across multiple device solutions organizations within Samsung and beyond.

You have a proven track record of designing innovative HPC and AI/ML system and chip architectures that became commercially successful products in their respective markets - especially relevant are server architectures deployed at scale in the cloud and highly integrated systems in advanced packaging. Your "software workload first" and "at scale" deployment approach to systems architecture complements strong bottoms-up technology expertise in-house. You possess a unique blend of technical depth and breadth, as well as business experience, to quickly gain credibility with key customers and internal stakeholders. You are an excellent communicator with a demonstrated ability to synthesize disparate inputs, distill data into clear and actionable written documents, and give compelling oral presentations with ease.

Location: Hybrid, working onsite at our San Jose Headquarters 3-4 days per week with the flexibility to work remotely the remainder of your time with an average of 10-20% travel per month.
