Senior FP&A

Century Group is excited to share a great opportunity for a strong Senior FP&A to join one of our clients. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and location. Expected starting base salary $55 to $73 per hour.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the development and execution of strategic initiatives through meticulous financial analysis
• Collaborate closely with senior leadership to ensure financial plans are in harmony with overarching business objectives
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of revenue streams, pricing models, and sales performance
• Develop robust financial models to evaluate return on investment and payback periods
• Continuously refine forecasting models to enhance accuracy and reliability
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to plan for various business scenarios
• Perform detailed variance analysis, comparing actual results to budgets and forecasts

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA, Master's) is preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in financial analysis
• Proficiency in financial modeling tools and analysis software
• Advanced Excel skills
• Familiarity with ERP systems and other financial planning tools
