About the Job
The Creative Director should be a dynamic and strategic thinker who can blend creativity with business objectives to elevate Rabbit Wine, Chef'n, and Planetbox brands. You will also be responsible for leading and managing each brand's creative visual direction down to daily oversight in executing projects across all visual branding, digital and print.

About the Job
The Creative Director should be a dynamic and strategic thinker who can blend creativity with business objectives to elevate Rabbit Wine, Chef'n, and Planetbox brands. You will also be responsible for leading and managing each brand's creative visual direction down to daily oversight in executing projects across all visual branding, digital and print.
Essential Job Functions:
- Lead the of team of creative designers of all levels in defining, developing, and executing brand content strategies and creative that are essential in delivering on our business and marketing initiatives
- Collaborate across the creative and brand/digital teams to foster an innovative working environment while overseeing the execution of creative projects from inception to completion
- Help champion and lead the visual storytelling that is consistently thread across all channels and is crucial to support each brand's positioning and data driven marketing initiatives, adjust as necessary
- Ensure communication between the creative teams and other teams (product, PM, sales, digital) as well as 3rd party vendors (photographers, videographers, food/prop stylists)
- Streamline creative processes to create efficiencies that allow teams to focus more time on the creative tasks
- Manage and own the budget for the creative team
- Manage the master photography/videography schedule
- Responsible for the management and delivery each shoot in partnership with the producer
- Work closely with team to ensure projects are on time, on budget and reflect brand standards
Requirements:
- Experience (8+ years) in creative roles, with a proven track record of leadership and creative excellence
- Excellent communication, organizational, presentation skills and attention to detail
- A strong creative vision and understanding of business needs and objectives
- Experience building strong internal and 3rd party relationships, comfortable wearing many hats
- Experience leading teams, including ability to prioritize and delegate workloads for your team as well as ability to pivot thinking and adjust direction when necessary
- Enthusiasm for digital marketing, emerging design trends and innovations as well as packaging design
- Strong knowledge of Kitchenware Consumer Goods/Sustainability/creative trends and best practices
- A strong creative vision and understanding of business needs and objectives
- Proficient in creative software and tools
- Ability to thrive in a fast past environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
