ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (This list is not exhaustive and may be supplemented and changed, as necessary.)
  • Work independently and self-manage tasks and time to balance and adapt to changing priorities..
  • Interact with a variety of business and IT stakeholders including consistent interactions with Senior Staff/C-Suite
  • Develops and executes against work breakdown structures (WBS) for each project.
  • Develop and/or lead change management efforts across all phases of projects and initiatives.
  • Drives results and provides transparency to results through the skillful use of timely, supporting data in project meetings and through other forms of verbal and written communications.
  • Consistently creates and shares timelines/WBS at the right level and understand how to show high level or milestones to Senior Leaders on projects.
  • Manage action items outside of meetings.
  • Sets clear expectations with project resources around criticality and due dates.
  • Executes assigned project efforts in accordance with the Firm's project management life cycle methodology, complying with security, risk, data and other Firm PMLC protocols.
  • ctively utilizes Firm systems, including the Firm's project portfolio management system to enter and maintain timeline/WBS, issues/risks, financials, and status message on a daily/standard basis to reflect current state as real time as possible.
  • Influences project team and stakeholders to ensure projects are on time and on budget.
  • Escalates known issues/risks to project success to manager as appropriate when at an impasse where time, cost or resources are affected.

Required skills :
  • 10+ years' experience in software product delivery disciplines and activities (i.e., product management, business analysis, testing, and project management activities); including delivery adhering to Agile methodologies and the SDLC.
  • 8 years in project/program management at the detailed level, working with multiple interdependent teams.
  • Highly organized.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strategy and change management skills.
  • Experience with waterfall, hybrid, and agile solution development methodologies
  • Experienced in creating and updating a detailed project plan.
  • Understands multiple projects and how to integrate them into a business solution.
