Director of Operations

Job Overview: Search Solution Group is eager to welcome a Director of Operations to our client's team, a Bitcoin mining and digital infrastructure company situated in Corsicana, TX. This role is vital for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Data Center, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning. The Director of Operations is pivotal in driving the company's success by implementing effective operational processes, strategic leadership, and fostering inter-departmental collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the organization's operations and the deployment of miners.
• Develop and implement operational strategies in collaboration with executive leadership.
• Optimize resource utilization and spearhead process improvements.
• Monitor Objective Key Results (OKRs) for operational assessment.
• Lead the operations team, promoting a collaborative work environment.
• Mentor staff to cultivate a high-performing team.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks and develop contingency plans.
• Ensure cross-departmental alignment and coordination.
• Manage operational budgets and financial objectives.
• Find cost-saving opportunities without compromising on quality.
• Maintain compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and practices.
• Report on operational performance and conduct data analysis for improvement.
• Create and execute crisis management strategies.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience: Minimum of 8 years in an operations leadership role, with a preference for those familiar with Bitcoin/cryptocurrency mining and infrastructure.
• Skills: Exceptional communication, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Certifications: Not specified.
• Knowledge: IT/computer hardware, systems/electrical engineering, network administration, troubleshooting.
