Controller

Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking a Controller to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $120,000 to $170,000 per year.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate monthly and quarterly financial statements in compliance with GAAP regulations
  
• Analyze financial data to optimize reporting practices across the network and enhance efficiency
  
• Develop, implement, and maintain robust financial controls and guidelines
  
• Assess the connection between Financial Edge and Raiser's Edge, advising on revenue data import
  
• Manage fiscal policies and internal controls
  
• Evaluate and manage fiscal risks
  
• Provide recommendations for grant management processes, emphasizing compliance and sound audit record-keeping

Qualifications:

• Bachelor or Master's degree in business, accounting, or related field
  
• 7-10 years of non-profit accounting experience
  
• A-133 Single audit experience required
  
• 3-5 years of experience with Financial Edge and Raiser's Edge strongly preferred
  
• CPA highly preferred
